Join us Sunday as we begin our new sermon series “Pray Without Ceasing” with this week’s message “Prayer is Not a Show.” We will celebrate Holy Communion at both services.
Next Sunday, June 18 we will celebrate all the fathers here at 2nd Ave with pastries and beverages in the Gathering Place from 9:15 am – 10:30 am. Everyone is welcome!
VBS is about a month away! Ashley still looking for a few more adult volunteers (please reach out to Ashely, if you’d like to help ashleymiller1228@gmail.com). All kids age 4 through those who are entering 5th grade in the fall are welcome 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm July 10 – 14. Register now using this link! If you’d like to donate snacks, there is a bulletin board in the Elevation Room with items needed. If you’d like to make a financial donation to help purchase T-shirts, please use an envelope available in the sanctuary (or your own and write VBS t shirts on it).
Blueberry order forms are available in the sanctuary and are due with payment by next Sunday, June 18. This is the main fundraiser for the Altoona HUB.
