This Friday is our Food Pantry. If you would like to donate any non-perishable items, please stop by during office hours (Monday – Th 8:00 am – 1:00 pm). The pantry is open to any Blair County residents in need. It begins at 11:00 am. If you’d like to help out at the pantry, please arrive around 9:45 am to the Narnia Room (inside the glass doors).
Upcoming dates to note:
- The church office will be closed Monday, July 3 & Tuesday, July 4
- Spray Park night for 2nd Ave families and friends will be Thursday, July 6 from 6:00 pm – 8 pm. Admission is free. The Spray park is located at 209 W 12th Ave, Altoona (Juniata)
- VBS will be July 10 – July 14 for kids age 4 through entering 5th grade, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser will be held Saturday, July 22. Tickets need to be purchase ahead of time in the church office. If you’d like to volunteer at the dinner, please plan to attend a brief meeting after 10:45 service, this coming Sunday.
- Community Indoor Yard Sale here at 2nd Ave, Saturday, August 5. Rent a table for $20, call the church office to sign up or for more information
