Valentine’s candy will be available for pickup during office hours on Wednesday (8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.) or after the evening Ash Wednesday service. Items will be in the kitchen.
Wednesday is Ash Wednesday, the start of our Lenten journey. There will be an ashes and communion service in the sanctuary from 8:45 a.m. – 9:20 a.m.. Our evening Ash Wednesday service will be held after The ROCK (beginning around 7:10 p.m.) with music, ashes and communion, and a brief message. The ROCK will dismiss on 2nd Street, so please enter on the 2nd Ave side of the building for the evening service.
Fish Dinners begin this Friday, February 16, and will continue through Lent (except Good Friday). The all-you-can-eat buffet will be served from 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. If you plan on volunteering, please arrive between 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
If you’d like to receive phone call announcements and reminders (we’ll only make one or two calls per week via recording), please sign up in the sanctuary. If there is enough of a need/want, we will consider further.
Saturday is our monthly soup and sandwich luncheon. Join us for a free lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
The church office will be closed on Monday, February 19, in observance of Presidents’ Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, February 20 at 8:00 a.m.
