On Sunday, we will celebrate All Saints Sunday and Holy Communion at both services as we continue our series, “Serve Joyfully” with this week’s message. A Mother’s Bold Request.

On Sunday, we will begin collecting monetary donations for ROCK Christmas. Your donation is totally used to provide gifts for the children that attend ROCK. Please look for an envelope on the bulletin board in the front of the sanctuary. (Alternatively, use any envelope and make sure to write “ROCK Christmas” on the outside) Please make checks payable to “2nd Ave GMC” and mark “ROCK” in the memo line.

Sunday is the last day to submit t-shirt order forms. There are copies on the sanctuary table. Please deliver your orders to Jill or drop them in her mailbox in the hallway.

The ROCK is seeking additional volunteers to help weekly or as needed. For the month of October, help is especially needed each week due to scheduling conflicts with current volunteers. If you are interested, please contact Ashley Miller at ashleymiller1228@gmail.com.

The nursery is in need of additional volunteers for the month of October in order to be staffed weekly during the 10:00/10:45 services. Serving in the nursery is a valuable way to support families with young children, allowing parents to worship while knowing their children are being cared for by safe, loving adults. If you are able to help, please contact Ashley Miller for more information.
